Process Optimization

Process optimization enables you to achieve greater efficiency across all business processes in your company. At the same time, it can improve process output quality and increase employee satisfaction by harmonizing workflows and collaboration. Process optimization is particularly valuable for core processes involving multiple departments.

Our consultants provide guidance throughout the process, including the collection and documentation of results. For large-scale projects, we also moderate the individual working groups involved in process optimization.

Reorganization

A reorganization enables a company to respond more quickly and flexibly to rapidly changing requirements and conditions in both its external environment and internal structures. The BTO team has carried out reorganization projects for companies in our focus industries, both across entire organizations and within specific stages of the value chain.

During this project phase, our consultants lead and facilitate workshops and working groups and prepare the results. Sustainable implementation of the agreed reorganizations is ensured through subsequent monitoring by our consultants.

Implementation Support

As part of our implementation support, we offer a range of services, each of which can also be provided individually. These services are designed to support and evaluate the implementation of previously agreed changes, such as those at the process or organizational level. Implementation support measures are particularly valuable for ensuring the smooth and consistent execution of large-scale restructuring and reorganization initiatives.
