With our BTO team, we support clients across various industries on both the buy and sell sides. Our services include assistance with transaction preparation as well as support throughout the transaction process itself. In many cases, we act as lead advisor—handling everything from identifying and approaching targets, to transaction management, through to closing. A significant portion of our projects focuses on post-merger integration. Due Diligence
Our team provides expert guidance throughout the due diligence process of a transaction. This includes a systematic analysis of the current situation and business planning, as well as identifying the target’s relevant strengths and weaknesses. Based on this, we derive a comprehensive overview of the opportunities and risks in the context of the planned transaction. Our core activities focus on market, commercial, and technical due diligence.
