Udo, a graduate physicist (Dipl.-Physiker), has been a partner at BTO Management Consulting AG since May 2013. In recent years, he has served as managing director of internationally operating high-tech companies specializing in research equipment/infrastructure and large-scale medical technology devices within the Bruker and Varian Medical Systems groups. He began his career at Interatom GmbH and Siemens AG, from which ACCEL Instruments GmbH was founded through a management buyout (MBO).
